At b.l.f. Beauty, we believe in creating products that bring joy, beauty, and confidence. If your experience isn’t everything you hoped for, we’re here to make it right.

A Special Welcome for First-Time Customers
If you’re new to b.l.f. Beauty and trying us for the first time, we want you to shop with confidence. If your first product isn’t a perfect match, reach out, and we’ll happily work with you to find a solution—whether that’s an exchange or store credit.

Returns

  • Eligibility:
    We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 45 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accept edition. No restocking fee.

  • Exclusions:
    We’re unable to process returns on:

    • Customized or personalized products
    • Items purchased on clearance or during final sales
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • How to Initiate a Return:
    Contact our care team at blf.beauty4u@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you step by step for a seamless process.

  • Shipping for Returns:
    For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Hassle-Free Refunds:
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at blf.beauty4u@gmail.com.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges with an Exclusive Offer

Prefer to try something else? We offer exchanges on eligible items, and as a thank-you for giving us another chance, you’ll receive 10% off your replacement item. Simply reach out to our care team within [30 days] of delivery.

Received a gift that’s not quite your style? Let us know, and we’ll provide store credit or an exchange.
