  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. There may be occasions such as large sales or new product releases which could impact processing time.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

  • Lost Packages: Contact us at blf.beauty4u@gmail.com and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Damaged Items: Notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at blf.beauty4u@gmail.com within 12 hours of purchase. Address changes after this window may not be accommodated.


Delayed or Returned Orders

In rare cases, orders may be delayed or returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customs holds (for international shipments)

If your package is returned to us, we will reach out to arrange re-shipment or provide a refund for the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).
